When sealing is applied to structurally sound pavement, we guarantee the materials and workmanship for a full year. Typically you can expect the sealer to last two to three years depending on pavement conditions and the use it receives.
WHY DURASEAL?
DuraSeal starts with a coal-tar emulsion that meets or exceeds Federal Specifications RP-355d. It is then combined with an enhancer patented by DuraSeal, and with fine aggregate to yield a skid resistant surface.
Good Sealcoating Jobs Don’t Happen By Accident
To make sure your sealcoating job is done professionally, we would:
Edge, trim, and remove all weeds. Trim back grass edges.
Wire brush clean any excessive spots necessary.
Blow off driveway clean
Seal your driveway with RP355D Government Specified Coal Tar Emulsion (with twice the coal tar content of most store bought sealers) and aggregate. It cures to a flat matte finish and gives you a non-skid safety surface.
Banner tape off when done.
Give you a one year warranty on materials and workmanship.
Provide convenience since there is no need for you to be home.
Finish in no time. Our sealer dries for foot traffic in 6 hours and cures for car traffic in 24-36 hours.
This is all we do. Our trucks are designed only for sealcoating.
We use commercial grade sealer - not out of buckets.
